Each park model comes with standard amenities and adheres to our excellent building standards, providing a great foundation for personalization. You have a wide array of décor options to choose from, allowing you to customize colors for countertops, cabinets, flooring, and paint for both interiors and exteriors. Additionally, options extend to siding and decking. We also offer the flexibility to tweak floor plans slightly and make specific substitutions or additions in appliances, making your park model uniquely suited to your tastes and needs.

Lapped fiber cement Hardie board is a versatile and durable building material renowned for its strength, weather resistance, and low maintenance. Composed of cement, sand, and cellulose fibers, it provides excellent protection against fire, moisture, and pests. Its lapped design enhances water shedding and creates a classic aesthetic suitable for both residential and commercial exteriors.
